each blanks are sanded according to customer requirement to smooth the surface to link the paint better with blanks.

each stickers are carefully put on the blanks then put on the protection paint on the surface for anti-graze and ensure smooth surface.

after painting and sticker，each blanks and compotents are assembled and glued together according to the engineers artwork.

we have more than 50 wrapping team members who can process 1000 rods a day. most workers have 10 years experience and mkae sure each wrapping hold the guides leg perfectly.

we only use top-notch quality epoxy oil for coating.workshop is air conditioned to same temperature to make sure all wrapping are perfectly protected and glue the guides securely.
